Abby Dennis, Head Coach
Abby Dennis just completed her freshman year at Harvard University. She is a D1 athlete on Harvard’s Track & Field team. Abby is studying Government & Political Science on the pre-law track. In high school, Abby was a three-sport varsity athlete in soccer, swimming, and track & field. She also enjoys theatre and the arts. She began club swimming at 7 years old and swam for the Maywood Dolphins from ages 7-17. Her favorite events are the 50-meter freestyle and the 100 butterfly. This 2025 season will be her 4th year coaching the Dolphins.

Ruairi o'connor
Ruari O’Connor is a rising junior at Rowan University and is majoring in environmental science. He swam with the Dolphins from ages 11-17. He started swimming year-round when he was 12. In his free time, he enjoys baking, video games, hanging out with friends, and petting his cats. His favorite event is the 100 backstroke, but he also enjoys the 200 IM. The summer 2025 season will be his third year coaching for the Dolphins.

JADEN ELLIS
Jaden Ellis is a rising sophomore at Villanova University pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering. He swam with the Dolphins from the ages 7-10, and continued his journey swimming year-round on club teams and at the collegiate level. Throughout his career, Jaden has achieved significant milestones, holding multiple swimming records across the East Coast, including notable achievements in New Jersey, Bergen County, and at Hackensack High School. At Villanova, Jaden competes in sprint freestyle events, with the 50 and 100 freestyle being his specialties. Beyond the pool, he enjoys engaging in various sports, particularly basketball, and values spending quality time with friends. The summer 2025 season will be his first year coaching for the Dolphins.
